Welcome to GYN PATH Services! GYN PATH is an El Paso based and privately owned Cytology & Pathology laboratory. Founded by Philip A. Miles, MD, FACOG, FCAP who is board certified in both Pathology and OB/Gyn. GYN PATH has been dedicated to advances in Women’s Healthcare and has been serving physicians, healthcare providers and patients in the El Paso region since 1982.

From our humble beginnings and the support of our local medical community, we have grown to be the largest Pathology lab in El Paso. At GYN PATH, we recognize that our most important asset is our people. We could not have accomplished this without an exceptional team that make this all possible.
